Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Westminster, MD is seeking a forklift operator to safely move merchandise, load and unload deliveries, and stock the sales floor. You will help receive shipments, prepare pallets, and maintain a clean, organized club environment while providing prompt service to Members.

The role requires at least 18 years old, with forklift experience preferred and mandatory completion of required training and certification. This is a frontline position supporting daily club operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Inspect and prepare delivery trucks for unloading and receiving merchandise.
• Stock, rotate, and store general and food merchandise; ensure items are fully stocked.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist Members with locating items.
• Participate in daily club openings and closings and support other departments as needed.
