Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our Rock Falls, IL production team. Load/unload and move materials safely to keep production running and customers satisfied.

You’ll follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but training is provided. High school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred - but we’ll train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision while safely operating forklifts.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort and support by pallet, ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Stay clean and organized; practice 'Clean as You Go' in a safe workspace.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs with repetitive action throughout shift.
