Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following 'Clean as You Go' practice.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
