Job summary

Stand-By Personnel, Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support busy warehouse operations. You will safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, load and unload shipments, move materials, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience. Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift experience, strong safety awareness, dependable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift operating experience required.
• Experience with sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and inventory accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport raw materials throughout the facility.
• Move finished products to designated warehouse locations.
• Stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving.
• Organize products and inventory according to warehouse requirements.
• Verify product counts and material quantities.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for visible damage.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory movement.
