Stand-By Personnel, Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support busy warehouse operations. You will safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, load and unload shipments, move materials, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience. Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift experience, strong safety awareness, dependable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

This position is responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, staging products, and maintaining an efficient flow of inventory throughout the facility.Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
