Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials between storage, production, and shipping areas. The role requires operating a sit-down forklift, loading/unloading from trailers, and performing daily inspections. Schedule is 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with occasional overtime on Saturdays.

Pay rate is $16.75 per hour. Candidates should have at least 1 year of forklift experience, plus knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload inventory from trailers and containers.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections on forklifts and equipment.
• Report equipment damage or safety concerns promptly.
• Secure, wrap, stack, and organize pallets for safe storage and transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and warehouse operations as needed
