Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Driver in Springdale, AR. The role involves operating sit-down forklifts to move steel products, load and unload goods, and stage materials for orders and shipments.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and forklift training; experience with RF scanners and WMS is a plus. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift training or certification beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to read inventory, shipping docs and storage locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or heavy-capacity forklifts to move products throughout the yard and warehouse.
• Load and unload flatbeds, trailers, and customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pull, stage, and organize materials for orders, fabrication, or shipment.
• Read a tape measure to verify material sizes and order specifications.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.
