Job summary

Staffmark Group in Springdale, AR is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely move pallets and support warehouse operations. You will operate a sit-down electric forklift, shuttle materials from production to shipping, and assist with inventory movement while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced facility.

The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday 6 AM–6 PM with a Wednesday 6 AM–12 PM shift. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; forklift experience, certification, and familiarity with RF

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience or certification is beneficial.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Looking for Forklift Operator jobs in Springdale where your equipment skills keep warehouse operations moving? This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down electric forklift moving pallets from the production line area to the shipping staging area.
• Load pallets into outbound containers on the dock in a fast-paced wet wipe manufacturing facility.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED - hard copy proof of education if required to complete interview/onboarding process.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Longevity in work history required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 25 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
