Job summary

Randstad USA in New Albany, OH seeks experienced Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists to manage pallet movement and racking operations. You will maximize inventory throughput, operate forklifts, and contribute to a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities include high-level rack work, just-in-time replenishment, RF scanning for logging locations, safe staging of shipments, and maintaining safety and efficiency at production speeds.

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Your responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
