• Use RF scanning to verify and log pallet movements and storage locations.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving to optimize dock space.
• Operate at production speeds while observing load capacity and stability rules.

We are hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists who can handle complex pallet movement and racking operations. Your responsibilities:

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
