KDC/one Columbus | New Albany, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift with Raymond Reach Truck experience. You will move materials, load/unload shipments, and support production using SAP and handheld scanners.

This full-time role offers a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, a Monday–Friday schedule with potential OT on weekends, great benefits, PTO, vacation time, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth in a clean manufacturing environment.

• Experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks.
• Warehouse or manufacturing background.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and other powered equipment.
• Move materials throughout the facility and load/unload shipments.
• Supply production lines with materials and track inventory with SAP.
• Use handheld scanners for inventory and order accuracy.
• Prepare daily inspections and maintain a clean work area.

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator with Raymond Reach Truck experience to help keep our production operation moving safely and efficiently.

SIGN ON BONUS! Full time employees will be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus once completing 30 days of employment (must work every scheduled day to be paid out!)

What You'll Do

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and other powered industrial equipment
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Supply production lines with materials
• Use handheld scanners and SAP to track inventory
• Pick materials and components for production
• Move finished goods into inventory
• Complete daily equipment and safety inspections
• Assist with inventory counts
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Raymond Reach Truck experience required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Comfortable using handheld scanners
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with good attention to detail

A Raymond Reach Truck skills test will be completed during the onsite interview.
