Job summary

Randstad USA in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a warehouse associate to master palletized inventory movement on busy docks. You will load, unload, and stage hundreds of pallets per shift using a pallet jack, and work hands-on with receiving and shipping to minimize congestion.

You’ll perform putaway and retrieval, navigate narrow aisles, assist with cycle counts, and support safety by following PPE rules and work instructions. This on-site role includes a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) test.
• Experience operating pallet jacks is a plus.

Job description

Your responsibilities:

• Master the movement of palletized inventory in a high-traffic environment, using the pallet jack to quickly load, unload, and stage hundreds of pallets per shift.
• Work directly on the receiving and shipping docks to manage inbound and outbound pallet flow, minimizing congestion and downtime.
• Execute accurate putaway and retrieval procedures, ensuring inventory is correctly placed and accessible in designated zones.
• Operate the powered pallet jack with precision when navigating narrow aisles and staging lanes, prioritizing the safety of pedestrian traffic.
• Assist supervisors in cycle counting and physical inventory checks, using the EPJ to move and reorganize stock as necessary.

qualifications:

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
