Freedom Corrugated is hiring for forklift operators in the Shipping Department. The position offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour, plus shift differentials, with 2nd and 3rd shift options.

The role involves operating a forklift, supporting daily shipping, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and monthly bonus potential up to 22% of gross wages are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely move and handle materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
• Team player who supports daily shipping department operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, load, and unload products.
• Support daily shipping operations to prepare orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers following safety procedures.
• Verify product quantities and assist with order accuracy.
• Move finished goods to staging and storage areas.
• Work with shipping team to meet schedules and customer demands.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report safety or equipment concerns.
• Follow company safety policies and operating procedures.
