Surge Staffing in Mansfield, OH is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team on the 1st and 2nd shifts. The role focuses on safely operating a forklift, moving materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Pay starts at $18.00/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts are Monday–Friday, with potential overtime, and candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Able to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift throughout the shift.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Move materials and products to designated locations.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
