Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals for our operations team as Forklift Operators. You will load and unload materials, move items with forklifts, and help keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available if needed.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load &Unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets according to product specs and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, following the "Clean as You Go" rule.
• Be ready for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
