Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators. You will safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials, support production, and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualified candidates typically have forklift experience and certification, familiarity with pallet jacks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator experience and certification preferred; training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is desirable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely using forklifts to support production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets and ensure product quality according to specifications.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to maintain safety and flow.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts.
