Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking energetic forklift operators to join our operations team. You will safely load and unload materials, move pallets, and help maintain production flow while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but we’ll train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision, safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, practicing "Clean as You Go".
• Lift and move heavy items, up to 70 lbs, with repetitive motions throughout shift.
