Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic forklift operators to join our operations team. You will load and unload materials, safely operate forklifts, and help keep production running smoothly to meet customer needs.

This role offers great benefits and opportunities for training and advancement. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and we provide safety training and certification when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred, but training and certification can be provided
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers supporting our production teams
• Safety first — follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift
• Sort & support – hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards
• Keep it moving — maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy
• Stay clean & organized — practice clean as you go and maintain a safe workspace
• Lift & move — be ready for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions
