Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic forklift operators to safely move materials, load and unload trailers, and support production lines. You will follow safety protocols, sort pallets by specs, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience or certification and familiarity with pallet jacks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a positive team attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred; training available.
• Familiar with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following 'Clean as you go'.
