Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Michigan is seeking Forklift Operators to join our operations team. You will safely operate forklifts to load/unload, move materials, and support production goals while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training and certification available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and aim for zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace in line with 'Clean as you go'.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
