Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety‑minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team in Michigan. You will safely move materials, load and unload trailers, and help keep production running smoothly to satisfy customers.

Prior forklift experience is preferred, but we’ll train and certify you if needed. We offer great benefits—medical, dental, vision and life insurance; PTO; paid holidays; 401k & ESOP; profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred - but we'll train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice "Clean as You Go" and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work - lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.
