Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. in Westampton, NJ is seeking energetic Forklift Operators to support production.

Two 4–10 hour shifts, 7:30 am–6 pm, with pay of $21/hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities include operating forklifts safely, loading/unloading, sorting pallets, maintaining pace and a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, production environments is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols and support zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and maintain quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
