Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals for forklift operator roles at our Westampton, NJ location. Join our team for two 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with pay at $21/hour and a benefits package.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and supporting production while maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates should have high school diploma or GED, are able to lift 70 lbs, and work well in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers for production support.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort and support pallet handling based on product specs and quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice good housekeeping.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions during shift.
