Rehrig Pacific in Wisconsin is seeking energetic, safety-minded forklift operators to join our operations team. This role supports production by moving materials, loading/unloading trailers, and ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience preferred; training available.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Safety-focused with a positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice Clean as You Go.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
