Job summary

Americold is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit down/stand up forklifts, RF equipment, and pallet jacks. You will help label, pack, and repack as needed, while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

This role requires the ability to meet production standards and may involve overtime, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using proper equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise; pick and assemble orders for shipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with equipment operation.
• Meet production standards while maintaining clean work areas.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, or battery changes as needed.
