• Experience operating a forklift and following loading procedures.
• Ability to identify products, roll amounts, and loading order per diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Follow loading diagrams and instructions to load trucks correctly.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to load trailers efficiently.
• Identify and resolve counting discrepancies with the Shipping Lead.
• Report potential safety hazards to supervisors.
• Unload and store raw materials in designated areas.
• Ensure clean work area and address safety hazards.
• Complete forklift daily checklist and report issues.
• Address nonconforming materials and quality concerns as needed.
• Maintain safety by following forklift procedures and PPE.
• Support ISO9001 and continuous improvement initiatives.
