The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, knowledge of raw materials and finished goods, good math skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow loading diagrams and instructions from the Shipping Lead to accurately identify products, roll amounts, and loading order for truck loading.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow shippers to ensure efficient trailer loading processes.
• Resolve count discrepancies in coordination with the Shipping Lead.
• Perform unloading and proper storage of raw materials and supplies in designated areas.
• Operate forklifts safely, completing daily checklists and reporting any performance issues.
