Job summary

R+L Carriers in Scranton, PA is seeking part-time Forklift Operators to move freight safely in and out of 53' trailers. You'll work on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock and support our distribution operations.

Starting pay is $29.37 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts and various schedules. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation after 90 days, holidays, and access to our employee resort program.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience preferred.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part-time Forklift Operators at our Scranton, PA service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53' long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experiences
