48forty Solutions in Memphis, TN is hiring a Forklift Operator to load and unload pallets, move wood within the plant, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. This 1st shift role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with overtime as needed; pay is $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics or related trades preferred.
• Ability to work in a labor-intensive environment and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and wood to the correct location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or storage areas at a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment in collaboration with plant personnel.
