Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Henderson, CO. You will load and unload pallets, move wood inside the plant, and ensure safe handling practices to keep production moving efficiently.

Expect a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00am–3:30pm) with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for overtime. Join a team focused on safety and efficiency at a leading pallet management company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
