Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator at our Edgerton, KS facility to move materials and ensure accurate handling of goods. You will operate stand-up reach trucks, manage daily loading and receiving, and maintain safe, organized work areas in a fast-paced food production environment.

Starting pay is $21.65 per hour with a $1 shift differential for overnight shifts, plus overtime potential and a $500 referral bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified forklift operator with stand-up reach truck experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and ensure accurate receipt and shipment.
• Coordinate with production and shipping for on-time orders.
• Prepare and load freight orders for pickup with correct paperwork.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and obey safety rules.
• Record and reconcile inbound and outbound materials daily.
