Starting pay is $21.65 per hour with a $1/hour increase after 6 months of good standing. Overnight shift differential applies and overtime is possible. Health benefits start day one, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified forklift operator required. (Stand-up Reach Truck)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively.
• Able to bend, twist, and stand for an entire shift.
• Exposure to food production and warehouse environments with noise/temperature variations.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Move materials with stand-up reach forklift in a production setting.
• Provide necessary materials for daily operations with production teams.
• Fill out paperwork accurately and timely.
• Prepare orders for pickup and load freight.
• Document receipts and verify packing slips for accuracy.
• Ensure product quality and meet order timelines with Plant Ops and Shipping.
• Organize storage to prevent clutter and maintain clean work area.
• Follow FDA/OSHA safety rules and company policies.
