Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Landisville, PA is seeking a forklift operator to join our packaging and supply chain team. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate material handling, and efficient warehouse workflow in a manufacturing environment.

You will pull shipments, document materials, and support production with reliable daily performance. We offer a starting hourly wage of $25.53, overtime on short notice, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months forklift operating experience.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures & heavy forklift traffic.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PCA certified forklift license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Operate wrapping equipment when necessary.
• Keep stock and materials in orderly fashion.
• Document materials unloaded and taken off trucks.
• Assist other shipping and receiving material handlers to balance workload and organize warehouses.
• Follow safety rules and report any defects or wear on forklifts.
