Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Onalaska, WI. You will operate gas or electric forklifts to move materials and support daily operations on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse exp, a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities, with quarterly profit sharing plans and pay raises.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and prior forklift operation required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely throughout the shift.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials.
• Deliver materials to the production floor to support daily operations.
• Sort, weigh, and organize materials in the warehouse.
• Use a computer to enter data and complete inventory/production reports.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and support warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist production team members as needed throughout the shift.

2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Work Location: Onalaska, WI - Building B
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00pm - 3:30am
Compensation: $23.85 – $27.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Bonus : Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You’ll Do

• Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials

What We’re Looking For

What Your Work Environment Will Be Like

• Active, fast-paced warehouse and production environment
• Regular lifting/moving of materials up to 50 lbs.
• Operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and working around moving equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
