Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to efficiently move products through the distribution process, loading and stocking items with safety and GMP compliance. The role supports inventory accuracy and timely replenishment in multi-temperature environments.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment, perform pre-shift checks, and collaborate with the team to meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Forklift and/or pallet jack certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots
• Remove empty pallets and related packaging to proper area
• Follow safety policies and complete required paperwork at end of shift
