Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team in Winchester, KY. This role requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible day/night schedule.

You will identify materials by lot number, move materials to feed hoppers, maintain clean transfer areas, and lead a team of material handlers while complying with ISO guidelines and strong housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule.
• Ability to work within ISO guidelines.
• Attention to detail.
• Heavy emphasis on housekeeping.
• Basic math skills.
• Must have strong computer skills or demonstrated abilities to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials by lot number and material type.
• Safely operate forklift in movement of materials to material feed hoppers.
• Manage integrity of material fill lines to and from blend silos/silos.
• Effective team leader, directing material handlers.
• Maintain clean environment of transfer room and blend silos.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
