Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to safely operate a forklift, manage inventory, and support production. You will load/unload trucks, scan items, and ensure accuracy with SAP tagging while following GMP and safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, and good communication in English. Expect a 2/2/3 schedule, 7pm–7am, with training and cross-functional exposure across plant and warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe, efficient and effective manner for the scheduled shift.
• Supply necessary materials to production area as required.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure material matches bill of lading.
• Scan items into and out of bin locations in warehouse to maintain accurate inventory.
• Tag finished product in SAP and maintain warehouse organization.
