Laborup is hiring a Forklift / Material Handler for a large plastics manufacturing operation in Rogersville, TN. You will operate a forklift to move WIP, finished goods, and supplies, and support production by staging materials to keep lines running smoothly.

This full-time role offers day and night shifts on rotating 12-hour schedules with overtime. You’ll be responsible for inventory accuracy, storage organization, and communicating with production and warehouse teams to prevent shortages.

• Ability to safely perform physical, hands-on material handling throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Strong attention to safety, material accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production and warehouse teams.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and material documentation.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Forklift Operation: Safely transport work‑in‑process materials, finished products, supplies, and other materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Production Support: Plan, stage, and deliver required materials and supplies to production areas to maintain steady manufacturing output.
• Pick & Pack Support: Work closely with Pick & Pack personnel to ensure orders and materials are accurate and delivered on time.
• Material Verification: Check incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, condition, and quality before movement or delivery.
• Inventory & Storage: Maintain organized and accurate storage racks and material locations used by production and Pick & Pack teams.
• Supply Monitoring: Communicate with production and other departments to prevent material or supply shortages from disrupting operations.
