Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Forklift Driver to support ITAD operations in our North Carolina warehouse. You will operate forklifts and material handling equipment, move IT assets, and help maintain 5S standards in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 1+ year forklift experience, high school diploma, forklift certification, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. OSHA safety training and possible overtime support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and daily maintenance checks.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems including barcoding and scanning.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload IT assets and materials.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine forklift maintenance.
• Maintain 5S organized work areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in inventory management and verify shipments against orders.
