Spruce Environmental Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join a fast-paced distribution team in the United States.

This full-time role focuses on accurate order picking, inventory put-away, and safe forklift operation in a busy warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse exposure, familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Forklift experience (stand up counterbalance is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems (training provided if needed).
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
• Safely drive our forklift.
