BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to support asset protection and inventory control operations. You will operate a forklift, assist with counts, and collaborate with departments to ensure accurate inventory and a safe member experience.

The role emphasizes timely, accurate processes, adherence to club policies, and a commitment to serving members with speed and care. Weekend availability may be required, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous member service and maintain safety standards.
• Process damaged or defective merchandise per recovery and return procedures.
• Obtain vendor return authorizations and process returns according to policies.
• Conduct, organize and validate inventory counts with the team across departments.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and comply with safety policies.
