Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for an Asset Protection/Inventory support role in Seabrook, NH. You will assist in inventory counts, validate merchandise, process returns, and help maintain accurate stock levels while ensuring safety and service standards for members.

The position requires forklift familiarity, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Expect tasks across departments with a focus on timely counts and compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance. Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Operates count processes and supports inventory control tasks; conducts and documents inventory counts and adjustments.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes vendor chargebacks and merchandise returns per policy.
• Supports department teams to coordinate counts, track inventory, and meet deadlines.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the department and adheres to safety guidelines.
