Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience.
• Must qualify and pass forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good customer service and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated racks.
• Unloads inbound shipments and transports to storage locations.
• Performs order picking and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies quantities and product types before shipping.
• Uses RF scanners to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintains documentation for inventory control and security.
• Assists with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
