Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator II to efficiently move, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse in the United States. You will operate multiple forklift types, perform pre-operation inspections, and support inventory accuracy with RF devices while maintaining safety.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and proficiency with basic Excel as needed. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred to ensure safe, productive operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience and/or experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies that the correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking in an accurate, timely, and customer-service-focused manner.
• Maintains required documentation and reports to support inventory accuracy and product security.
• Assists with physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts as directed.
