Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate complex powered material handling equipment, including High Reach and Order Picker, for receipt, storage and order fulfillment. This role emphasizes product safety, quality, legality and integrity.

You will work on first shift, perform duties such as pallet building, cycle counts, loading/unloading, and maintain accurate storage locations, while adhering to OSHA safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate complex powered material handling equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, Double Fork).
• Comfort with heights and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment and orders.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle storage systems.
• Quality control to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Navigate aisles using wire guidance systems where applicable.
• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
