CJ Schwan’s is seeking a full-time warehouse associate for day shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) with occasional Saturdays in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $19.75 per hour, with a $1.50 hourly shift differential for evening hours.

This role includes opportunities for advancement and a range of company benefits. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, forklift certification, and the ability to operate WMS and SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift certification and cart driver training.
• 2+ years related experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Ability to enter data into terminals daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for distribution.
• Operate equipment per GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage.
• Report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventories as needed.
