Job summary

Berlin Packaging seeks a dependable Forklift Operator I to support our warehouse operations in Leominster, MA. You will prep shipments, load and unload product, and help maintain a safe, organized facility while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and carts, picking and packing orders, and recording transactions in the ERP system. A high school diploma and prior warehouse experience are preferred; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Must pass forklift certification per company safety guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and related warehouse equipment safely.
• Prepare and pick customer orders with accuracy.
• Transfer supplies to meet production or shipping demand.
• Label and store materials and finished goods properly.
• Record transactions in the ERP system where required.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work area compliant with cgmp and ISO standards.
• Support metrics and company values.
