Berlin Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator I in Minnesota to prep shipments, load and unload product, and support warehouse operations using standard equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a willingness to obtain the company forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Able to pass forklift certification and safety guidelines.
• Detail oriented with strong work ethic and reliability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and safety minded.
• Basic computer skills for simple ERP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other equipment safely.
• Organize and prepare customer orders with quality and accuracy.
• Transfer supplies between departments to meet production or shipping needs.
• Store and label materials and finished product properly.
• Record transactions in ERP system as required.
• Perform cycle counting and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace adhering to cgMP and ISO standards.
