Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator I to support shipping and warehouse operations. You will prepare shipments, load and unload product, and help maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant forklift and warehouse experience, and the ability to pass Berlin’s forklift certification. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Candidate must take and pass the Berlin Forklift Certification program.
• Ability to complete tasks with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and related equipment safely and professionally.
• Organize and prepare customer orders with high quality and accuracy.
• Transfer supplies between departments to meet production or shipping demand.
• Properly store and label all materials and finished products.
• Record transactions via ERP system and assist with cycle counting as needed.
