Berlin Packaging seeks a Forklift Operator I at Lithia Springs, GA to prep shipments, load/unload, and support warehouse operations using standard equipment. You will ensure order accuracy, move materials safely, and contribute to a compliant, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and certification. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Must take and pass the forklift certification program.
• Ability to complete tasks with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Self-motivated, reliable with initiative and results orientation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment safely.
• Organize and prepare customer orders with quality and accuracy.
• Transfer supplies between departments to meet production or shipping demand.
• Store and label materials and finished product properly.
• Prepare billing paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders.
• Record transactions via ERP system when required.
• Perform cycle counting as required.
• Notify leadership of non-compliant warehousing.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to cGMP standards.
• Comply with ISO standards and support company metrics.
